NCQA Academy hosts regular trainings across the United States on everything from Health Plan Accreditation, to Credentialing and Case Management, to Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition.

A recent training at the Washington Plaza Hotel in Washington, DC, opened with an overview of the PCMH Recognition program and a preview of the new (and improved) 2017 program. Tricia Barrett, Vice President of Product Design and Support, led the presentation and the Q&A session that followed.
